Everything on our website is handmade to order.

Please allow up to 3-10 business days until items are dispatched. If you need your order for a set date please contact us before placing your order to see if we can accommodate your request, we always do our best to help you have your items in time for a special occasion. Please allow a further 1-3 days for delivery in the UK. All orders are beautiful packaged in boxes and sent first class with proof of postage obtained.

Ribbon and Beau is not responsible for any lost mail or delays caused by Royal Mail. Once your item is posted it is with Royal Mail and out of our control. All orders will be posted to the address given at time of payment. Ribbon and Beau cannot be held responsible for sending to the wrong address provided to us. By purchasing you are agreeing to these terms.

All Orders are Handmade to Order so please Cancel with 24 Hours of Ordering to get a full Refund, if you wish to cancel your order after the 24 hours a Refund can not be issued.
