Refund policy

Returns & Personalised Items

As all of our personalised items are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind, no longer want the item, or have provided incorrect personalisation details when placing your order.

If your order arrives with an error that was made by us, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and provide photographs of the issue. Once the error has been verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

We are committed to ensuring you receive the personalised product you ordered and will work with you to resolve any mistakes that are our responsibility.

Please note: We do not offer refunds or replacements for errors resulting from information supplied incorrectly by the customer during the ordering process.
